The glass market is a very dynamic environment. Technology, standards, regulations and laws all change and affect our industry. New products are launched, new tools and machinery becomes available, design styles change. Staying on top of technical information is virtually a full-time job. We pride ourselves on offering a professional service and this includes 'having to hand' the technical advise our clients might request. To achieve this our staff attend seminars and training sessions, we subscribe to relevant publications and we constantly monitor the Glass and Glazing Federation and suppliers for information. Clients are welcome to ask us about any glass related problems or questions they might encounter. Most often we will be able to offer advise immediately. If this is not possible we will endeavor to source answers just as promptly as possible.
